We take care to describe each item accurately, but colours and textures may vary slightly from screen to real life.

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

• Orders are confirmed only once full payment (or deposit, for commissions) has been received.

• We reserve the right to change pricing or availability without notice.

We ship both within Australia and internationally.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and item type.

• We aim to dispatch ready-to-ship items within 3–7 business days.

• Commissions and made-to-order items will be shipped upon completion (timelines vary by project).

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

While we take care to ensure safe packaging, we are not liable for delays or damage caused by postal services.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing (unless due to a description error)

• Custom or commissioned artwork, unless faulty

You MAY be eligible for a return if:

• The item arrives damaged

• You receive the incorrect item

• The item is significantly different from the description

In such cases, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess and respond accordingly. Return shipping may be reimbursed if we are at fault.

By commissioning a custom artwork:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin.

• The balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping.

• You will be given regular updates and approval opportunities during the process.

The artist retains full copyright of the commissioned work unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a physical or digital artwork for personal use only.

All artwork, images, designs, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Jamila Hume and are protected under Australian copyright law.

• Purchasing an artwork or print does not grant reproduction, resale, or commercial rights.

• You may not use any part of this Site’s content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense.

• We make no warranties as to the availability or accuracy of the Site.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
